Brevva is an educational nutrition resource for people on, considering, or coming off GLP-1 medications. Please read this Disclaimer carefully before relying on any Brevva content.
Educational only
All Brevva content — including quiz results, blueprints, the 30-Day Reset, guides, blog posts, email sequences, social posts, creator content, and any future products — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
- Brevva does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, side effect, or symptom.
- Brevva does not provide medical advice. Nothing on the site or in our products is a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.
- Brevva does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Reading our content, completing the quiz, or purchasing a product does not make you a Brevva patient.
GLP-1 medication decisions
Decisions about starting, continuing, stopping, pausing, or changing the dose of any GLP-1 medication — including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, or compounded versions — must be made with a licensed clinician who knows your full history. Brevva does not advise on prescription decisions and is not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer.
When to seek medical care
Severe or persistent symptoms require professional evaluation. Seek care promptly if you experience any of the following while on GLP-1 medication or otherwise:
- Severe abdominal pain that does not resolve.
- Persistent vomiting or inability to keep fluids down.
- Signs of dehydration (dizziness, low urine output, fast heart rate).
- Sudden severe headache, vision changes, fainting, chest pain, shortness of breath, or symptoms of an allergic reaction.
- Any symptom your clinician has previously told you to report urgently.
In an emergency in the United States, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Outside the U.S., use your local emergency number.
Outcomes are individual
People respond differently to medication, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Brevva does not promise weight, side-effect, energy, or appearance outcomes. Stories, testimonials, and creator content reflect individual experiences and are not typical results.
Supplements and food
If Brevva discusses vitamins, minerals, protein products, or other consumables, statements made are educational and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Such products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your clinician before adding any new supplement, especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, have a chronic condition, or have a history of disordered eating.
Third-party content
Brevva may link to third-party websites, products, and services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.
RD / advisor reviewed status
We aim to have key Brevva content reviewed by qualified registered dietitians and other nutrition professionals. Any specific page that has been reviewed will say so explicitly, with the reviewer’s name and review date. Pages without that label have not yet been reviewed.
