Brevva (“Brevva,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates trybrevva.com and provides educational nutrition resources for people on, considering, or coming off GLP-1 medications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using Brevva you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Contact us at hello@trybrevva.com with any questions about this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Quiz responses. When you complete the GLP-1 nutrition assessment we collect the answers you submit (medication, duration, weight changes, side effects, supplements, primary concerns, willingness to pay). These are health-adjacent and we treat them with extra care, even though they are not regulated health records.
- Email and contact details. When you subscribe, purchase, or contact us, we collect your email address and any message you send.
- Purchase information. Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email and order details from Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. Pages viewed, referrer URL, IP address, browser, and operating system.
- Cookies and similar technologies.Used for session management, analytics, and ad measurement. See “Cookies and tracking” below.
- Analytics IDs. Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel use anonymous identifiers tied to your browser, not to your name. We use these to measure traffic, content performance, and ad attribution.
How we use your information
- To deliver the products and content you request.
- To personalize the assessment results and email follow-ups based on your stage of the GLP-1 journey.
- To send transactional and educational email (you can unsubscribe from educational email at any time; transactional email tied to a purchase is required).
- To process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe).
- To improve Brevva — content, offers, and the assessment — using aggregated and de-identified analytics.
- To comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect Brevva and our users.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share with the third-party processors below strictly to operate Brevva:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Postmark — transactional and educational email delivery.
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Ads — site analytics and ad measurement.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — ad measurement via the Meta Pixel.
- Vercel — site hosting and request logs.
- Anthropic — large-language-model assistance for internal content review and classification (your raw quiz answers are not sent to Anthropic in the user-facing product flow).
Each processor is bound by its own terms and our agreements with them. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Brevva or others, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale of assets).
Cookies and tracking
We use first-party cookies for session and preference state, and third-party cookies and pixels (Google, Meta) for analytics and ad measurement. You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking analytics and ad cookies will not prevent you from using Brevva.
Health-adjacent data caution
Quiz responses describe your GLP-1 use and related symptoms. We treat this data with extra care:
- We do not sell or rent it.
- We do not use it to infer protected attributes for ad targeting.
- We use it only to personalize your Brevva experience and to aggregate anonymized signals for product research.
If you would like us to delete your quiz responses, email privacy@trybrevva.com from the address you used to submit the quiz.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, delete. You can request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it.
- Email opt-out. Every educational email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to unsubscribe.
- California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- EU/UK residents. If you are in the EEA or UK and we process your information, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. The legal basis for our processing is your consent (for marketing email and analytics cookies), contract performance (to deliver products you purchase), and legitimate interests (to operate and improve Brevva).
Submit any rights request to privacy@trybrevva.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Quiz responses are retained for product research unless you ask us to delete them. Purchase records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes.
Children
Brevva is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
