We want you to feel good about every Brevva purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Digital products
Brevva products (Blueprint, Complete Kit, 30-Day Reset, future digital programs) are digital downloads or in-app educational content. Because access is delivered immediately, refunds are granted at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if you have not received the value you expected.
- Email hello@trybrevva.com from the email address you used at checkout.
- Include your order ID (it’s in your purchase confirmation email) and a brief note about why you’d like a refund.
- We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe; the bank takes 5–10 business days to settle.
Outside the 14-day window
Requests received after 14 days are reviewed case-by-case. We are more likely to approve them when there’s a clear delivery issue (e.g. you never received access) and less likely when you have downloaded and used the product.
Subscriptions and bundles
If we ever offer subscriptions, you can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; the current period is non-refundable unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Bundles (e.g. Blueprint + Complete Kit) are refunded as a unit — partial refunds for one item in a bundle are not available.
Physical products
Brevva does not currently sell physical products. When and if we do, this policy will be updated and any physical-product refund terms will be stated explicitly at checkout.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We almost always prefer to resolve concerns directly and quickly. Chargebacks opened without first contacting us may result in your account being locked from future Brevva purchases.
